The Sensaphone 2000 was discontinued some time ago.  We typically recommend users consider replacing the 2000 with the newer Sentinel 1200.  This new model monitors for power failures and supports 12 inputs.   It has a web portal, smart phone apps, and alarm alerts to multiple users.
